La Casa Resort on the West side of Okanagan Lake offers modern cottages in a well managed resort, Speculation Tax is NOT applicable as the resort is not in the municipalities of Kelowna or West Kelowna.
Owners can rent their cottages privately through Owner Direct, VRBO, Air BnB etc, there are many housekeeping options available and cottage inspections/maintenance, plus there is a Cottage Rental company based on site for those owners who prefer & hands-off experience.
Developed into a Cottage Resort with Single Family Homes starting in the early 2000s, there are a total of 478 lots plus several Green Space lots on each street. As of January 2023 there are 442 homes completed or in progress. Marina Information Provided by Strata Management:
The summer marina season starts May 1 through September 30
We remind all boaters that it is required by the government to have your boating license prior to enjoying your boating season.
There is a waiting list for seasonal slips, all marina slips are booked directly through the strata office.
The Strata 2022 Seasonal Rate (May through September) is:
Owners: $1250.00 plus GST for the season.
The Strata 2022 Daily Rates +GST are:
Owner Rates: $30 per day
Guest Rates – May 1 to June 27: $50 per day
– June 28 to Labour day weekend: $60 per day
– After labour day to end of season: $50 per day
Sea Doo Owner Rate: $20 per day
Sea Doo Guest Rate: $40 per day
